Massage Envy District Manager (Las Vegas) in Las Vegas, Nevada

The District Manager (Las Vegas) is accountable for the total performance of all field operations units within their area. This includes, but is not limited to; achieving both revenue and profit growth and supporting their Regional Director, Franchisees and location leadership team.

Success Outcome #1: Develop a trusting and collaborative relationship of mutual accountability with franchisees in the Las Vegas market, leading to a strong working partnership achieving shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly build relationships with all franchisees and managers in the district

  • Ensure that all locations are operating in full alignment with Massage Envy's promise, purpose, vision and values, while delivering consistently superior service

  • Collaborate with franchisees on hiring needs for therapists and other clinic roles, reducing turnover and improving performance by retaining great team members

Success Outcome #2: Deliver strong operational performance, ensuring region achieves a high degree of operational excellence as measured by the HPI.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion, documentation and follow-up on compliance requirements, as measured in the Operations Standards Reviews (OSR), throughout area, with up to a 75% travel-time requirement

  • Responsible for delivering a consistent operational image, providing an outstanding member and guest experience in accordance with the guidelines found in the Massage Envy Franchising, LLC. operations manual

  • Measure and deliver improvement in operational metrics included in the HPI

  • Support the efforts of the Regional Director and their initiatives to improve revenue and profitability in the region

Success Outcome #3: Provide training and development opportunities for the franchisees, managers and staff focused on guest service, sales/product knowledge, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine areas of needed improvement in the franchises based on metrics and insight from the Regional Director and Massage Envy leadership team

  • Develop and deliver training, coaching, and other learning opportunities to improve the areas needing improvement

  • Measure the effects of the training through collection of before/after data, and use the results to provide follow-up training or make further changes

Additional requirements:

  • Travel within the region on a regular basis is required (75%)

  • 2+ years of multi-unit operations experience
