Quad/Graphics Building Maintenance Technician in Fernley, Nevada

Quad/Graphics is seeking a Facility Services Technician in Fernley, NV. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Building Systems consisting of High Pressure Air, HVAC, Chillers, Pumps, Heat exchangers, waste water treatments and plumbing. Additional responsibilities will involve operation and maintenance of our process steam boilers and steam system along with our Solvent Recovery plant.


  • Previous experience with Boiler systems, HVAC/refrigeration, basic math and computer skills are required.

  • Ideal applicants will have experience working with similar equipment in facilities

  • Preferred skills and experience would include welding, fabrication, pipe fitting and refrigerant.

  • Experience with Solvent Recovery Plants is a plus but will train.

  • Basic math and computer skills are required along with a high school diploma and preferably an Associate's Degree in the Mechanical Trades.

  • Must have own set of tools, or be willing to purchase.

Applicant must be a highly motivated individual willing to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision. Individual must have a strong mechanical aptitude preferably with a mechanical building systems background.
