Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately manage the disposition of customer shipments as it applies to decking and fencing. Ensure that all shipments are precise, quality-driven and timely.
Conduct various inventory management activities as it applies to finished goods and raw material movement, shipment staging and finished goods organization. This includes (but is not limited to): cycle counting (daily and monthly); finished goods and raw material movement and processing; first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management techniques; and inventory trouble-shooting and repair.
Possess the ability to precisely audit production goods and shipment paperwork for accuracy, thoroughness, and completeness. Must pursue exacting accuracy in the shipment of material to end-users.
Complete understanding of various mechanized loading techniques and methods as it applies to tractor-trailer and rail. Must possess the ability to understand all aspects of a bill of lading (BOL). Must act with a sense of exactness, care and urgency as it applies to the shipment of material. Must perform pick-pull operations with efficiency and exactness.
As an ambassador of the company, proactively identify, report, and mitigate shipping issues and/or concerns.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret and carry out detailed written instructions.
Possess general knowledge of:

Concern for Accuracy
High School Diploma or GED.
Two years of previous experience as a forklift operator and ability to earn forklift certification.
Familiarization of bar-coding.
Must be forklift certified.
Demonstrate punctual and regular attendance, follow all Trex health and safety standards, and utilize individual skills, training, and abilities in order to maintain the highest standards of job performance and professional conduct.
