We are looking for a high-level B2B sales professional who have been successful selling to C-Suite level executives and business owners and believes in the power of relationships. Our consultant will identify and cultivate new prospects to help us meet the high demands for our products and services. At California Time and Labor Company, we champion the business needs of the small to enterprise employers throughout the United States. We are changing the world of work with our human capital management solutions that help companies of all sizes focus less on work and more on success. Our compensation model is very strong compared to industry standards.

As a Consultant, you will build lasting relationships and proactively pursue and close business. You may be displacing an incumbent vendor by leveraging your relationship and have the ability to help the prospect see the differentiating value we can provide.


  • Identify prospects and present our LABORsuite product

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach

  • Salary or Commission negotiable.


  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Organized, with effective time management skills

  • Aptitude for acquiring product knowledge

  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)

  • Proven customer service skills

  • Assertive, positive and persistent style

  • At least two years of Business-to-Business sales prospecting and closing experience.
