Diamond Resorts International Billing Analyst in Las Vegas, Nevada
Under general supervision, the Billing Analyst prepares reconciliations and audits of processing and data entry performed by the Corporate Billing department for accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of third party owned inventory to in-house records to ensure proper billing.
Reviews and processes adjustments on canceled and/or inactive accounts with outstanding Accounts Receivable (A/R) balances.
Responsible for monthly reconciliation of duplicate billings and reversals on Club accounts.
Monitors the Billing department daily reports and assigns tasks to the team.
Reconciles the loan statement data file received from print vendor.
Reconciles the postage and printing charges paid to printer.
Reviews and processes necessary adjustments on Mutual Release cancellations.
Processes various resorts quarterly review of owned inventory and process required reimbursements.
Reconciles the new owner billing for monthly maintenance accounts and delinquency assessments.
Assists with Annual Assessment reconciliations per the Billing schedule.
Maintains the monthly billing reports and updates for year-end reporting and records.
Maintains the metric reports on transactional volumes processed by the Billing group.
Maintains and reports additional ad hoc reconciliations and analyses as needed.
Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field.
A minimum two (2) years of experience in the finance field required.
No supervisory experience required.
This position does not include any supervisory responsibilities.
