For consideration candidates need to have five plus years of Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong analytical and technical skills, able to handle multiple tasks at one time, able to establish goals, set priorities, work independently, meet deadlines, and QuickBooks experience is required.

Due to growth, our client is presently looking to hire on a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team. If you are hired you will be responsible for: processing accounts payables, billing, In-house payroll, expense reporting, reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements. Monitor and maintain company cash reserves, and perform general accounting duties in support of the President.
