We need a Call Center Manager for our client's new call center location. The Call Center Manager would be supervising an entire floor of people. The Call Center Manager must be a people person, who is passionate and has past leadership or management experience. The Call Center Manager would be responsible for the following things: * Find teaching moments and implement company processes to help sales associates better perform * Possibility of gaining marketing experience through outreach via social media, internet, email, texting and video * Administrator of Company systems * Perform Live coaching on phone calls to help improve sales associate processes * Collect analysis on all data points * Serve as a liaison between company and vendors * Give evaluations of team
