We provide tree care and arboricultural services to residential and commercial clients in the North Las Vegas, NV region.

Our office, is seeking qualified candidates for the Full-Time position of Client Experience Coordinator (Office Coordinator). The Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) is often the first point of contact for our prospects/clients and plays an important role in their overall client experience. This position is responsible for general office and client administrative functions within the office. Must work well in mostly solo office, work well under pressure and be able to manage several priorities in a day and be self-motivated.

An CEC performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office needs associated with tree care and plant health care operation, and includes handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments into calendar system, data entry and maintaining files. Additional tasks may be assigned.
Screening and handling busy phone lines
Timesheet data entry into computer based system
Greet and direct visitors including clients
Drafting and editing of invoices, correspondences, memorandums and other documents
Maintaining various electronic databases
Generate client proposals/contracts
Preparing hard and soft copy project folders, employee files and reports
Maintaining and ordering office and field supply inventories
Occasional miscellaneous errands outside the office

Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Preferred qualifications include prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems
