TruFusion Company Administrator - Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada

Position Summary: This role requires providing a combination of different types of administrative support to a large group fitness studio in Summerlin and its supporting entities, such as general accounting,

Administrator duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports

  • Keep records and reports up to date

  • Help maintain the budget plan

  • Manage payroll related matters

  • Oversee HR needs as required

  • Organize and schedule meetings and events

  • Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities

  • Handle technical issues in their area of expertise

  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents

Administrator skills and qualifications: should be a flexible thinker, who is well-organized and able to retain information, and comfortable with the following:

  • Communication skills to act at the contact point between internal team members and clients

  • Budgeting, bookkeeping, and planning skills and knowledge of associated computer software (QuickBooks)

  • Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of product and services

  • Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems

Administrator education and training requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required, and a more advanced degree(s) is a plus.

Administrator previous experience requirements: prior experience in leadership, clerical or similar roles are a plus/. Must possess organizational and interpersonal skills, along with knowledge specific to the field they are hired to manage.
