Aerotek Customer Service Representative ($15.50) in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description:

• Will take incoming calls regarding insurance

• Average number of calls vary, 20-50 on average, focus on quality not quantity. These are complex calls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

-At least 1 year of customer service experience (i.e. call center or administrative healthcare such as front office medical assistant or hospitality)

-Must be able to navigate multiple systems at a time, dual monitors, basic computer skills

-Must be able to work from home with internet in a quiet area. The computer must be hooked up via ethernet (no wifi).

*Remote for now - will eventually return to office

*Full Time, Mon-Fri between the hours of 6am-7pm

*Start Date - 5/17
