Deloitte Alumni: Talent Temporary Workforce – Lead, Talent Business Analyst

This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte’s health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte’s Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.

The Talent Temporary Workforce (TTW) program provides opportunities for Deloitte alumni to expand their skills and networks by taking on roles within Talent for a defined length of time to cover a leave of absence.

Alumni include:

  • Former US Deloitte FTE Talent professionals

  • Former Deloitte Member Firm FTE Talent professionals

  • Former TTW professionals

  • *Please note former Deloitte contractors are not classified as Deloitte alumni

TTWs may only be used to cover Leaves of Absence for a defined period of time as outlined here:

  • Typical assignment length is 4-6 months

  • TTW assignments should not be less than 4 months and should not exceed 12 months.

We are currently seeking a TTW candidate between March 2021 – September 2021 for our Tax Talent Business Advisor team.

Business Analysts provide support to the Talent Business Advisor (“TBA”) in the delivery of strategic services to the Business. They will also support the Talent organization during peak times to deliver key services.

Work you’ll do

Business Analysts help to provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of strategic priorities for Business Tax Core Services in the East Region.

  • Supports the TBA translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies.

  • Supports the TBA while partnering with COE’s and CTS to deliver all talent lifecycle events including, but not limited to, performance management, compensation planning, workforce planning, and other talent programs.

  • Analyzes data and fundamental information about the business and provides high level expertise and analytics.

  • Leads reporting efforts, data reconciliation, and analysis for the Business Advisor team.

  • Support the compensation process and analyze data at the local and regional levels

  • Supports fostering change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture.

The team

The Business Advisor organization champions a “One Talent Team” through collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (CTS) to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.
