Supervises the organization, preparation and review of new contact and existing property drawings and documents. Locate, organize, label and maintain all property drawings, specifications, O&M manual and warranties. Drafting drawings and specifications for projects and NOV team use.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervises the preparation, revision, updating and distribution of project specifications. Draft standardized product and equipment specifications for the properties for use on future projects.

  • Assist in drafting and administering standardized construction, consultant and service contracts for current and future use. Draft contract templates using standard terms and conditions which protect company interests and route for approval using existing contract approval procedure. Drafts contracts for service providers providing one time or recurring services on or off properties and prepares them for final approval.

  • Assist in evaluating project requirements, hiring consultants as necessary, producing preliminary budgets and preparing project presentations for approval.

  • Assist in preparing standardized bid documents to include scopes of work, contractor qualifications, plans, specifications and contractor instructions. Administers and oversees invitations to bid, answers requests for information, requests clarifications. Reviews, compares and compiles bid summaries for review and approval.

  • Oversees the control and inspection of property projects to assure compliance with company specifications and standards.

  • Evaluates design and cost proposals for property projects and statement of qualifications submitted by consultants and /or contractors.

  • Writes analytical reports.

  • Establishes design and construction schedules and monitors progress of various projects to their conformance to design and construction schedules.

  • Keeps current and accurate records on each working project.

  • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work process, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

  • Enforces all company and departmental policies and procedures.

  • Issues counseling notices and/or disciplines employees who violate the same.

  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum three years experience in the field of Project Management, Project Engineer or Project Administrator.

  • Minimum two year of supervisory experience in related field preferred.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record
