Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte Global) provides services to Deloitte member firms across the globe. DTTL personnel work on complex business projects that connect and serve Deloitte member firm practitioners across the world. Purpose of the Role:
GFS is continuing the rollout finance services across the Deloitte Member Firm network. The GFS ServiceNow Manager role will be part of the Strategic Projects and Organization Transformation (SPOT) Team. This team is supporting the GFS rollout by managing the implementation of ServiceNow and other enabling technologies, as well as, leading other strategic projects. This ServiceNow Manager will collaborate across various teams, geographies, and time zones. The role will be responsible for the design and administration of all aspects of the GFS ServiceNow solution. This role will be key to enabling GFS to meet its objectives and deliver its vision to the Deloitte network.
Drive alignment through ServiceNow.
Work closely with ServiceNow COE to build, maintain, and enhance the GFS ServiceNow solution to manage GFS intake processes and fulfillment.
Collaborate with all GFS business process teams on developing dashboards and reports to help them manage and address process SLAs, ServiceNow best practices, and process efficiencies.
Assess effectiveness of the ServiceNow tool/processes, gather future requirements, identify opportunities and best practices.
Monitor ServiceNow usage, manage case flows, process/system gaps, identify issues, and recommend solutions to address gaps, and build business cases for future enhancements
Manage ServiceNow user acceptance testing, trainings and change management
Build and manage ServiceNow knowledge articles for various audiences and scenarios; work alongside training and communications teams to develop and implement a change management strategy
Design reports and dashboards on ServiceNow usage, SLAs and other key process metrics to drive efficiencies
Lead key meetings with BPOs, and actively track and manage arising actions and deliverables
Collaborate with participating countries, geographies, and/or member firms on their interaction with ServiceNow when required.
Collaborate with other support organizations, e.g. Technology, Global Contact Center, GFS GPO to ensure end-to-end coordination.
Proactively identify data gaps and develop solutions, mitigate risks, and highlight areas of opportunity to streamline and automate
Continuously improve processes across GFS and drive efficiency and effectiveness across the process verticals
Conduct regular project reviews and communicate the status in both formal and informal settings. Responsible for knowing and communicating a project s status accurately throughout project lifecycle.
