U.S. Bank Healthcare Manager, Revenue Optimization in Las Vegas, Nevada

Reporting to the VP Revenue Optimization – Healthcare; is responsible for Revenue Optimization for the Healthcare vertical. The Manager of Revenue Optimization will implement and manage key programs designed to grow the healthcare P&L and achieve AFE expectations. The successful candidate will execute strategic initiatives that will accelerate speed to revenue across the healthcare portfolio’s four primary channels. Duties include portfolio management across all four channels, program management, project management, and general day-to-day management of strategic initiatives designed to grow our business per the AFE strategy. The right candidate for the job will contribute to the long-term success of healthcare and the company.

  • Execute defined strategic revenue initiatives, often within an accelerated timeline. Drive these initiatives with a “hands on” approach while executing, managing and reporting results back to VP.

  • Using financial reporting, compile the monthly and “first look” healthcare vertical portfolio results and analysis, create presentations and financial business summaries. Work with BI team to create financial performance dashboards for Healthcare.

  • Understand the revenue drivers for “In Year New Business” (IYNB) and Total Portfolio across Healthcare’s four primary channels, use program management and risk management approach to ensure revenue attainment. Revenue drivers will be partner and/or customer specific – deals closed, equipment sold, certification complete, contracts executed, implementations complete, etc.

  • Work with support teams such as HR to manage staffing requirements and headcount management, finance on results and goal setting, sales compensation, etc.

  • Organizes and gathers information from various departments and meetings and reports that information, along with recommendations, to executive and/or leadership members.

  • Must be effective navigating the organization to produce desired results, operate with a sense of urgency, and know when/how to escalate to senior management for assistance.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

  • Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Advanced knowledge of project management

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Master's degree preferred
