Requirements: Robert Half Technology is currently seeking Helpdesk Technicians for a client located in Las Vegas, NV! Helpdesk Technician's primary responsibilities include: performing standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems. Identify, research and resolve technical problems utilizing effective tracking and monitoring technical tools and support documentation to ensure timely resolution. Responding to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations. Complete PC Installs and PC Rollouts.
