The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor provides leadership to Front Desk Agents on assigned shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide assistance and leadership to the Guest Service Center guest and representatives. Communicates all relevant information to team and management. Train, coach, evaluate, mentor and manage Guest Service Center team.
Ensures standards are met to maintain department objectives; maintains monthly reporting of hotel and casino events.
Establish and maintain scheduling procedures.
Respond to all guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information.
Resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Post charges to guest accounts and make adjustments and corrections as necessary.
Maintains a working knowledge of the property, specifically hotel room types, as well as special events and promotions.
Promotes A-Play promotions; assist with casino events and promotions, as required.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum 2 years Hotel Front Desk experience.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Requires a TAM (Alcohol Awareness Card)
