The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor provides leadership to Front Desk Agents on assigned shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide assistance and leadership to the Guest Service Center guest and representatives. Communicates all relevant information to team and management. Train, coach, evaluate, mentor and manage Guest Service Center team.

  • Ensures standards are met to maintain department objectives; maintains monthly reporting of hotel and casino events.

  • Establish and maintain scheduling procedures.

  • Respond to all guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information.

  • Resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Post charges to guest accounts and make adjustments and corrections as necessary.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of the property, specifically hotel room types, as well as special events and promotions.

  • Promotes A-Play promotions; assist with casino events and promotions, as required.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years Hotel Front Desk experience.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Requires a TAM (Alcohol Awareness Card)
