Our client is an award winning global supplier of industry leading casino content, fast flexible gaming systems and turnkey social gaming. The company was founded in 2002 with the aim of capturing the emerging online skill-games market. Having led the market in backgammon and regional skill games in Italy and Spain, the company broadened their product portfolio to offer a full gaming software system as well as becoming a leading developer of online casino games.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads recruitment efforts—sourcing leads, finding/poaching candidates from LinkedIn, working with recruiters, screening, interview scheduling, employment verification, and background checks.

  • Prepare and process new hire packets, roll-out companywide performance reviews and termination documents

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events.

  • Managing and improving job descriptions, maintaining performance review procedures are met, conducting exit interviews and creating and updating personnel forms.

  • Review documentation for enrollments, changes, and terminations of participants in all benefit plans and programs including conducting exit interviews and capturing feedback to disseminate back to leadership.

  • Creates an environment of approachability and efficiency when responding to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures.

  • Payroll processing

  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting comply.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality of company and personnel information

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years broad Human Resources experience including at least one leadership role.

  • Strong Recruiting experience. Ability to identify and recruit the very best talent using Linkedin Recruiter. Previous full time recruiting is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s Degree ot epxerience

  • Prior experience coaching and partnering with senior leaders

  • High level of comfort with most HR disciplines (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Development, Operations, Employee Relations)
