less thanp>less thanstrong>Description/Job Summaryless than/strong>less than/p>less thanp>Provide HR solutions in the areas of recruitment, retention, benefits, employee and labor relations, onboarding and policy administration to assigned business units/contracts with a high level of operational excellence, collaboration and customer focus.iii This position reports to the Manager, Human Resources, dotted line reports to Program management of the contracts they support.iless than/p>less thanp>less thanstrong>Responsibilitiesless than/strong>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>Recruitment -iResponsible for the recruitment and selection practices to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and policy to iinclude writing and placing employment advertisements, reviewing resumes on job boards,i administering the job posting system, screening, logging and routing resumes, interviewing and assessing applicants, and extending employment offers to applicants. Maintains records in the Applicant Tracking System. Reviews candidate background checks, drug screen results and other contract requirements.less than/li>less thanli>Onboardingless thanstrong> -less than/strong> Ensures proper administration and dissemination of information related to onboarding new hires to include all required new hire paperwork, employee benefits enrollment including all health and welfare programs.iii Ensures accurate processing of all documents necessary for implementation of the various benefit programs and maintenance of records as required for compliance with ERISA, COBRA, E-Verify and other applicable regulations.less than/li>less thanli>Employee Relationsi- Familiarity with policies and laws, answer employee HR related questions,ii counsel site management teams on HR-related issues and assist in conflict resolution, review and participate in employee issue resolution, conduct fact finding investigations and develop written disciplinary communications as needed for documentation and resolution.iless than/li>less thanli>Labor Relations - Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, interact with unions, handle grievances, participate in union meetings, mediation and arbitration hearings.iiless than/li>less thanli>Compensation/Benefits -iEnsure SCA compliance as it pertains to compensation and benefits.iii Assist employees with benefits administration and dissemination of benefits information as directed.i Work with operations, payroll, worker's compensation, safety and human resources functions to ensure the terms of the collective bargaining agreement are properly adhered to and executed. .less than/li>less thanli>Compliance - Maintain federal, state and local posting requirements, compile data for audits, draft responses to EEOC or other agency claims, represent the company's interest to outside entities as directed and promote actions for affirmative action plan compliance.iiless than/li>less thanli>Learning Management -ii Assist employees and managers with required training on the LMS in compliance with program and corporate requirements.less than/li>less thanli>Data Integrity of Employee Records - Responsible for data entry of required information for HR Management System for new hires, compensation actions and all status changes in an accurate and timely manner.i Maintains employee's personnel folders in an organized manner.less than/li>less thanli>Reportingi- Provide statistical reporting and develop ad hoc reports as needed to monitor data integrity, progress on initiatives, etc.less than/li>less thanli>Out-processing - Conducts employee exit interviews.i Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.i Distributes and files paperwork.less than/li>less thanli>Other - Participate in companywide initiatives, conduct research, analyze data and other support as needed.ii Participate in required HR meetings at a company and contract level.iless than/li>less than/ul>less thanp>less thanstrong>Other Related Duties:l
