Manpower Group KB Home Sales Coordinator Job Opportunity! in Las Vegas, Nevada


The sales coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of the division's sales and marketing plans. Responsibilities will focus around the smooth operation of the sales and marketing teams. Working with the sales and marketing teams on a daily basis, this position will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions to support the sales management team as well as the field teams.

Describe the duty/responsibility*

  1. Assist the VP of Sales and RSMs with the daily sales and marketing reporting functions (traffic, sales, contracts, etc.).

  2. Manage and maintain the online lead generation system (C3) and help drive activity completion by sales representatives on a daily basis.

  3. Reconcile and code expense reports and invoices for the Sales department.

  4. Review and distribute all daily reports for sales and marketing leadership.

  5. Other duties as necessary.


Education/Certifications/Licenses Minimum of a high school education; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience At least 1 year of direct sales administrative experience.

Work Requirements
