  • Oversee non-union wage and salary administration, job analysis, job descriptions and employee promotions for all properties.

  • Manage projects from concept through implementation. Partner with Human Resources, Finance, COEs, business leaders and other members of the Compensation team to ensure accurate and timely completion of all projects.

  • Develop project timelines and detailed workplans, including team members and resources needed.

  • Develop analytical summaries, reports and presentation decks, and make recommendations and presentations to stakeholders.

  • Manage and mentor project team members.

  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to team and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks and develop a risk mitigation strategy to redirect the project back on target.

  • Manage property Compensation Partners.

  • Advise management on Corporate Compensation policies and procedures, state and federal wage and hour regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, such as Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Title VII.

  • Identify and establish productive relationships with management and peers across divisions and properties. Model and reinforce internal and external service excellence by demonstrating best practices.

  • Collaborate with the Compensation Analytics Team to implement and communicate mass wage changes for both union and non-union employees in accordance with corporate guidelines and collective bargaining agreements.

  • Create and maintain a work environment which promotes teamwork, performance, feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; establish and communicate priorities, set performance objectives, provide direction, and hold staff accountable.

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Required:

  • At least 21 years of age.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, plus at least 6 years of compensation or human resources experience, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Able to lead and mentor a team.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

  • Master’s Degree in business or a related field.

  • Experience leading, managing and delivering projects on time.

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
