It is the primary responsibility of the Manager Mini Bar/Vending to oversee the daily operations of the Mini Bar and Vending, which includes responsibility for the logistics of the inventories involved in these departments. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the department and property policies, practices and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, product requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, and receiving for the Mini Bar and Vending departments
Forecasts demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of products
Oversees the overall maintenance and repair of all equipment, mini bars and vending machines, to ensure proper operation and appropriate safety and regulation procedures are adhered to
Assigns technician to repair equipment as appropriate
Collaborate with COE’s to maximize potential in all areas
Maintain partnership with the established mini bar committee to drive results at an enterprise level
Evaluate operations to determine opportunities to increase EBITDA
Attend monthly P&L reviews with division leadership
Seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and increase efficiency using technology
Facilitate all software and hardware upgrades with our vendors
Proactively be involved with all in-room technology options as related to mini bar operations
Be fluent with all warehousing/ordering processes including Coupa and Stratton/Warren

Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Two (2) or more years of prior relevant experience.
