_Position Summary_ The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of the facility objectives.

Licensure, Certifications, Training: * * • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulations. • Basic Life Support (BLS) • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) • Nationally recognized certification (12 months -New Hire/transfer must obtain within specified time frame. Required to work under credentialed RN until training certification obtained). • STABLE certification
