Kforce has a client in search of a Marketing & Trade Show Manager in Las Vegas, NV.Summary:This company is an online commercial real estate marketplace network for brokers, buyers, and tenants to connect and transact. Their mission is to create software and tools to help agents be more productive.The ideal candidate manages the company's trade show booth at events around the country and must be able to travel 50% of the time to different conferences in the U.S. We are looking for two individuals focused on either eastern or western US, who likes to travel and work with people. You will demonstrate success in tradeshow management and project management. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized professional to interact with their prospects and customers. This role will be a base salary commission.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required

  • 3 years' experience in customer facing, marketing, or sales role

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in tradeshow management or conferences

  • Travel domestically 50% of the time, and must live near major airport

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people

  • Must be comfortable public speaking and interfacing with potential customers

  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings across western or eastern US

  • Review sales performance and metrics

  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
