MGM Resorts International Midway Games Operator (Excalibur) in Las Vegas, Nevada

The Midway Games Operator is responsible to greet guests and ask them to play their game along with proper operation of their game.

  • Receive and return bank from Supervisor at appropriate times.

  • Receive money from customer to play their game, make change and give prizes as appropriate.

  • Maintain proper security of money belt.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Operate games according to the rules of the Midway Games Manual.

  • Stock and/or repair merchandise when assigned.

  • Maintain proper grooming and dress standards.

  • Clean game at the end of shift and assist with trash duty.

  • Direct problems to the Supervisor.

  • Help maintain a safe work environment.

  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.

Required:

  • Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to perform basic math.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

  • Previous Customer Service experience.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
