Treasure Island, LLC POOL ATTENDANT (FULL TIME) in Las Vegas, Nevada

It is the primary responsibility of the Pool Front Desk Attendant to ensure the overall satisfaction of all pool guests by providing greeting upon arrival, checking that guest has a room key upon entry, ensure no outside food and beverage is entering pool area, and displaying excellent customer service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

Specific Job Functions:

  • Greet all guests as they enter the pool area

  • Sell and verify wristbands

  • Ensure that safety policies and procedures are followed

  • Ensure all guest have a verified room using LMS systems

  • Ability to operate POS system

  • Maintain a high level of collaboration inside and outside of Pool Ops division

  • Keeping all outside food and beverage out of pool area

  • Demonstrate knowledge of pool facility and services by answering guest questions and fulfilling guest needs

  • Follow company customer service standards to ensure the highest level of guest service

  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

  • Previous experience in guest services preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills and an outgoing, friendly personality required

  • Able to prioritize tasks

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to work well with others required
