It is the primary responsibility of the Spa Attendant to maintain a clean, safe and friendly environment for all guests utilizing the Spa. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies and procedures.
Provides the highest level of guest service for all guests.
Greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Works together with co-workers displaying teamwork at all times.
Maintains flexible work schedule.
Follows all service standards and departmental policies and procedures.
Answers phones with proper etiquette to ensure guest service.
Informs Management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues.
Opens and/or closes the area appropriately.
Keeps all spa areas clean and supplies with needed amenities (towels, drinks, and vanity supplies).
Disposes of soiled linen, folds, and restocks linen as needed.
Provides beverages and other amenities to guests, such as towels, robes, and locker services.
Provides guests with a tour of the spa facility.
Checks guests in and out of facility.
Perform all other job related duties as requested.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Previous guest service experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
