(Line Cooks)i and i1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M (Stewards)Wearing a Face Mask is a required!!!You will need to complete an employment application at the Hiring EventJOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Dishwasher is to clean and maintain all back and front of the house areas clean. This function will be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures including any related policies and procedures of jurisdictional agencies working with the company.REQUIREMENTS:Experience a plus, employer will trainimotivated individuals!iPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical qualifications listed below are general requirements for this position. The actual exertion level (and frequency of use) can and does fluctuate depending on the individual tasks being performed.Ability to perform reaching, stooping, crouching, and bending, motions repeatedly.Extensive use of hands and arms to mop, sweep and clean walls. Physical tolerance needed to work environment that may exceed 100 degrees as well as areas of high humidity. Requires bending and reaching as well as pulling and pushing up to ten (10) lbs and lifting and transporting up to fifty (50) lbs. Dexterity in the hands and fingers needed to manipulate cookware/silverware. Work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen/restaurant environment. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves, aprons and goggles as needed. Ability to work in a noisy environment NON-PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to communicate and work well with co-workers and customers.Ability to communicate in English preferred. Knowledgeable in handling kitchen/restaurant equipment. CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Have or be able to obtain Clark County Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Load, run and unload dish machinesSort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Make sure that all clean dishes are stored correctly. Correctly sanitize dishes and cooking utensils according to the Southern Nevada Health District. Move items in cooler to clean one side and move back when done cleaning. Deep clean kitchens which include but not limited to countertops, sinks, drains, walk-in coolers, and hoods over stove. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Inform management of any machine malfunctions and/or supply shortages. Sweep and mop floors. Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry. Separate dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, linens and trash from tables used in guest rooms (Applies to Room Service Dishwashers only)Other job-related duties as requested.
