  • Review videos and complete documentation regarding specific slot and table game jackpots, guest complaints, and variances in all departments.

  • Conduct routine surveillance filming, reviews videos, and completes documentation to detect suspicious activities and behavior throughout casino and gaming areas.

  • Monitor Table Games, Slots, Casino Cage, and Soft Count, and personnel as well as all employees adjunct to casino floor.

  • Operate CCTV/digital equipment to conduct surveillance.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality for the company when conducting observations and investigations.

  • Use computer and associated hardware to complete documentation.

  • Write and prepare daily reports and logs.

  • Observe and document all marker redemption.

  • Maintain evidence by dubbing and saving video files.

  • Testify in court as a representative for the company as necessary.

  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.


  • At least 2 years of gaming/surveillance experience.

  • Working knowledge of all Table Games, Slots, and Cage procedures.

  • Working knowledge of card counting systems and cheating methods.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
