Review videos and complete documentation regarding specific slot and table game jackpots, guest complaints, and variances in all departments.
Conduct routine surveillance filming, reviews videos, and completes documentation to detect suspicious activities and behavior throughout casino and gaming areas.
Monitor Table Games, Slots, Casino Cage, and Soft Count, and personnel as well as all employees adjunct to casino floor.
Operate CCTV/digital equipment to conduct surveillance.
Maintain strict confidentiality for the company when conducting observations and investigations.
Use computer and associated hardware to complete documentation.
Write and prepare daily reports and logs.
Observe and document all marker redemption.
Maintain evidence by dubbing and saving video files.
Testify in court as a representative for the company as necessary.
Performs all other job related duties as requested.
At least 2 years of gaming/surveillance experience.
Working knowledge of all Table Games, Slots, and Cage procedures.
Working knowledge of card counting systems and cheating methods.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
