POSITION:iTicket Sales SupervisoriTYPE: Seasonal, FTWAGE: $doeiPOSITION SUMMARYOverseeing the daily operation of all ticket/ season pass sales and fulfillment locations. Lead a team of service oriented sellers who are responsible for the delivery of the highest quality customer service. Responsible for ticket, season pass sales inquiries, and overseeing Lee Canyon's info email address. This position requires strong organizational skills. Individual must possess excellent communication and customer relation skills. Must be detail oriented and computer literate. Position works closely with all departments throughout the resort to insure a quality experience for our guests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise ticket office/rental ticket locations, including training, coaching, scheduling, disciplining and separating employment.Maintain a superior level of knowledge of our products and services and how to sell/fulfill these products and services in RTP (point of sale system).Supervisor will be responsible for trouble shooting problems, fixing errors and dealing with customer service issues which arise in your assigned location.Supervisor will assist with the ongoing training and development of the ticket sellers and specialists, focusing on their ability to understand and explain our products, process transactions quickly and correctly, and provide superior customer service.Monitor mountain ticket office inventory (tickets, ski ties, season pass cards etc.)Account for cashiers balancing daily transactions to cash receipts. Perform intail daily audit function.Oversee guest daily locker services.Provide general information to guests on Lee Canyon, including mountain events, group sales, rental equipment, and food and beverage.Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions and resolutions required.Communicate by radio for daily activities and for any emergencies.Perform ticket counter duties as required, including: greeting guests, answering the telephone, performing guest transations and operating the RTP systems.Protect the safety of self, co-workers and Lee Canyon guests at all times.Report safety related accidents and incidents to immediate manager at once.
