Precision Opinion Training Specialist in Las Vegas, Nevada
Precision Opinion is seeking a professional train and coach our Research Associates for our market research call center. Precision Opinion is the Most Trusted Name in Market Research that conducts public opinion polling from our offices in Las Vegas since 2007. The Trainer is responsible for the training and development of Research Associates as well as continuing education workshops for our current Research Associates. The foundation for success of our business starts in our new hire training programs.
Present an energetic and professional training program, with every new hire, every time.
Develops and delivers training courses, including but not limited to: new hire orientation, operational, and project training.
Partner with operations staff in curriculum content and remedial training.
Follow course curriculum and materials as provided.
Prepare lesson plans and course agenda for each training class.
Conduct ongoing refreshers and cross-training classes as identified by operations staff.
Maintains training, participant and reference materials and equipment.
Works with other staff trainers to further develop their project management skills and provides developmental guidance to enhance their training skills.
Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand policies, procedures, regulations, technologies and human relations.
Assists with selecting or developing teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and resource materials.
Assists with the testing of trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of education programs.
Be an advocate for processes and decisions.
Partners with management to support functional and organizational initiatives.
Implements and monitors compliance to regulations and standard operating procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to teach and inspire staff.
Possess excellent leadership skills as well as a strong background in team building and communication.
Operational knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to develop training and methodology programs that are unique to the organization’s goals, values and mission statement.
Ability to problem solve.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize.
3+ years training experience.
Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
