The primary responsibility of the Chauffer is to provide guests with limousine transportation to various locations while providing excellent service consistent with the Company’s core service standards and brand attributes. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

  • Provide excellent service to all guests in our Company and assist with all dispatched property transfers.

  • Proactively greet, interact and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.

  • Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task.

  • Remain courteous and professional while handling demanding situations with guests, traffic and other vehicles on the road.

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures and standards.

  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.

  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.

  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

  • Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

  • Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction.

  • Be knowledgeable of the Company’s properties to answer guest inquiries.

  • Identify and report defects throughout the work environment; notify supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.

  • Participate in the company’s sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.

  • Ensure Company property and equipment is properly used and maintained.

  • Protect and utilize Company assets in a responsible and professional manner.

  • Drive in a safe and courteous manner.

  • Obey all traffic and driving regulations.

  • Follow designated procedures for vehicle breakdowns and accidents.

  • Assist passengers safely in and out of vehicle.

  • Maintain conversation with passengers according to their needs.

  • Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings.

  • Maintain contact with dispatch office.

  • Maintain clean interior and exterior of vehicle.

  • Maintain knowledge of Clark County including Las Vegas hotels, golf courses, and restaurants as well as other areas outside the city limits including Mesquite and Boulder City.

  • Maintain the highest level of strict confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Ensure security of vehicle keys.

  • Park vehicle in designated location when not in use.

  • Remain in assigned post position, maintaining correct stance.

  • Performs other job related duties as requested.

Required:

  • At lest 21 years of age.

  • At least 1 year of professional driving experience.

  • Previous guest services experience.

  • Experience with two-way radios.

  • Familiar with Las Vegas area.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience driving luxury limousines.

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
