We are now accepting applicationsfor our Client Service Associate position located at our branch in Lovelock, NV.

Work schedule can vary Mondaythrough Friday .

The ideal candidate for thisposition will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Be responsible for accurately processing debit andcredit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures,while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.

  • Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities throughexploring customer needs and by utilizing knowledge of available bank productsand services.

  • Handle loan payments and cash checks.

  • Adhere to Bank's security policies.

  • Maintain confidentiality of bank records and clientinformation.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The Client Service Associate (CSA) position requires:

  • Minimum 6 months of cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.

  • Ability to count money and make basic calculations to be able to balance transactions.

  • Ability to follow specific, detailed policy and procedures.

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • CSA position has 5 levels and is based on previous years of experience within a financial institution.\

Additional requirements for CSA 2 through 3 levels:

  • 6 months through 24 months minimum teller experience from another financial institution.

  • Advanced teller ability and understanding.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Basic new account opening and relationship building ability.
