We are looking for a Business Office Coordinator to join our team.
Responsible for all the activities performed by business office coordinators and develop them accordingly
Act as a back-up for proctoring entrance test
In charge of uniform ordering, ordering and distributing books & student supplies, office supplies, test fittings
Update excel tracker for purchases/issues
Conduct mask fits with 3rd party vendor
Revenue recognition, with increased charge reconciliation
In school payment collection & manage SLC
Support Campus Director with Budget and support campus onboarding for HR
Registration billing only
Manage 3rd party vendor contracts
Bad Debt Management
Facility Management as and when required
3 years (within past 5 years) full time AP experience
BA/BS in Business/Accounting/Finance is preferred
Knowledge and understanding of billing and collection concepts, policies, and processes.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Knowledge and understanding of computerized accounting systems, including a working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
Ability to gather data and compile information.
Ability to manage team structure and train the team
