Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-High school diploma or GED equivalent -Minimum of six months to one year of related experience in providing customer support to various position levels -Strong phone and verbal communication skills -Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office programs -Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within assigned time frames and with acceptable levels of accuracy -Must be a self-starter and work well with little or no supervision -Customer Service experience (Call center preferred) -Must have high attention to detail -Strong work ethic -Strong typing skills -Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM desired (not required)
