Responsible for continuing, developing and implementing a comprehensive performance based learning and development strategy for FGS. Primary duties may include, but not limited to:

  • Servesas the primary learning leader providing solutions to FGS, conducts theanalysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of performance-basedlearning solutions ranging from business acumen, coaching, functional andproduct knowledge and leader/manager development to drive the goals of FGS.

  • Responsible for creating and delivering programs to develop, retain andengage FGS associates and leaders.

  • Proactively identifies and diagnosesbusiness issues, determines high-level performance improvements needs, andprioritizes learning projects based on client projects.

  • Translatesstrategies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables.

  • Develops and manages the curriculum design for FGS leadership programs.

  • Responsible for identifying engaging and introducing management to highpotential talent pipeline.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels andevaluates performance of direct

BA/BS degree in Organization Development, HR Development or related field required; 10 years of related experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Curriculum design for high performing and high potential management associates preferred. Advanced degree or professional learning and development certification preferred. Ability to travel is required.
