This position works closely with APE Hardware, Applications, and Software Specialists.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Coordinates Custom Solutions multi-disciplinary post-sales team consisting of Hardware, Applications, and Software resources.Works directly with the A.C.E. (Automation Consultant Engineer), Sales Manager(s), and post-sales team to review user requirements and to define project deliverables.Prepares project schedules according to customer requirements and coordinates implementation activities.Provides overall status of projects to required in-house departments to ensure appropriate communications of priorities and deliverables.Coordinates and monitors fabrication of in-house custom parts and 3rd party parts.Provides appropriate status to field-based staff members to ensure customer expectations can be met and satisfied.Coordinates FAT and SAT efforts with A.C.E.(s), Sales Manager(s), and post-sales team.Coordinates required post installation efforts to ensure project closure activities are completed.Responsible for management of project records to ensure appropriate levels of trace-ability.Responsible for acting as an additional Applications resource when resources have limited availability.Coordinate implementation activities.
