Oracle Stock Administrator in Reno, Nevada
The Stock Services Group requires an entry level Stock Administrator to assist Management with end-to-end Stock Functions. This will be an entry level position and preferably a recent college graduate. The Administrator will assist in end-to-end activities for all of Oracle's equity programs. This includes providing customer service support/communications to employees, assisting with employee terminations/cancellations, transfers and reassignments, employee address changes, and the creation of fidelity accounts.
ASSIST WITH THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES
Assist in the administration of the company's various equity plans (Stock Options, RSU's, Performance Grants, and ESPP) for all employees in the US and Globally.
Maintenance of company's equity plan data using Fidelity Platform.
Assist with processing grant releases.
Assist with processing employee terminations/cancellations.
Assist with processing employee transfers and reassignments.
Manage employee address changes.
Assist with the creation of fidelity employee accounts.
Provide customer service support, as required.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Involved in Treasury Activities that may include Cash Management and Acquisition Integration, Debt, Banking, Credit, Investments, International Treasury/Foreign Exchange, and Treasury Audit and Control.
Depending on specialized Treasury area, may be involved in operational finance activities to include banking, wire transfers, debt issuance and administration, insurance, management of investments, execution of foreign exchange spot and forward contracts, and accounting and control related activities.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Strong analytical skills; specifically in the financial markets. BS/BA in Business or related degree required. 2 - 5 years experience preferred.
