The Director of Financial Reporting is primarily responsible for preparation and coordination of the Company’s periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for various financial reporting processes.
Perform high level accounting research on technical issues and recommend issue resolution
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, including SEC filings (including review of XBRL)
Prepare and review quarterly earnings release
Prepare and review debt compliance calculations
Collaboration with Corporate Accounting and Financial Shared Services on accounting policies and application of GAAP
Perform various quarterly internal control over financial reporting related procedures.
Corporate finance project support
Perform other job-related duties as requested
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Four (4) + years of experience in Accounting/Finance, with prior Big 4 Public Accounting experience or similar, such as experience in a fast-paced public-company environment with demonstrated technical accounting and SEC reporting skills with increasing levels of responsibility
Big 4 Public Accounting experience
6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
SEC reporting experience
Master’s degree in accounting
